Courteous staff and the place was clean. The unit we got was clean and impressive with bathrooms, coffee, good WIFI. Great central location adjacent to a nearby coffee shop, and mall.

Particularly good location close to everything made it easy to get to key attractions. It was also very close to canal for cycling, Niagara Falls and fort Erie and Welland.

That hotel was in a good and stunning location, to a nearby coffee shop. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Big Daddy's Pho that is only 5 minutes' walk away. The room with good wifi.

Its location relatively near Wings of the World was favourable and awesome. Besides, it was next to Niagara Falls and fort Erie, many touristic attractions in Niagara Falls and fort Erie, and mall and supermarket.

The rooms were modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. Having a large sofa in the room was a nice touch, providing extra seating and a cozy spot to relax. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the car and nearby amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service.
There were a few minor issues during our stay. there was some garbage around the property, especially in the grassy areas.

Staff at front was very friendly and tried to be accomodating but room ammenities & cleanliness was the issue.
Room was filthy, no towels, no tv converter, alarm clock busted, stains on the night stand, hair in tub, and all over bathroom floor. Will never book there again.
